New key coded for a car
"Fantastic job completed by Alex. Very professional, organised, efficient. Great communication. Highly recommend"
Speedy & efficient car-key replacement
"The door-open button on the keycard for my 2003 Renault Laguna stopped working on Friday; I had a spare keycard which wasn't working properly either. I called SmartTech Locksmiths on Saturday, told Alec the problem & he said he would be at my house on Monday morning. When he arrived, he quickly produced & programmed new keycard. He also spent time trying to repair my old keycard, however this didn't prove possible and so he provided a new spare. I was very impressed by the speedy & thorough service provided by Alec; he is a very helpful & friendly & I thoroughly recommend him"

Called out to replaced damaged Nissan remote key fob
"Start to finish excellent. Responsive, immediate estimate, arranged visit. On time, very personable interactions, quickly replaced and reprogrammed the new keys (had all the kit to connect to the vehicle). Very happy customer and quote was 100% accurate."
Transit Custom Ignition Repair.
"I cannot recommend Alec enough. My transit custom lock was not turning. I did not know Alec at this point and called another locksmith. To cut a long story short the other locksmith attempted a repair and then gave up, leaving me with a van I could no longer use. I called Alec who came out next day; he repaired the damage done by the other locksmith and custom made a replacement ignition barrel so one key still does the doors and the new ignition. I couldn't be more pleased. Price was very fair too!"

"Brilliant work by a brilliant company. We were in Brockenhurst on holiday and having a broken car key would have caused us a very big problem if it wasn't for the really good and professional service provided by SmartTech. Alec replaced the broken car key at a very good price and arranged to replace a second key at a convenient time for us. Came out really quickly when other locksmiths wanted a massive call out charge. I would definitely recommend this company."

"Absolutely brilliant service ! I explained my bad experience and their complete failure to replace my car key weeks ago. They charged me £648 and couldn't complete the job. I called this person and he was out within a few hours of the same day. Just under 1 hour later and at an amazing 3rd of the price as the previous company charged me, I was on my way with 2 new keys and a much happier bank account. Highly recommend this auto locksmith as he is quick , so affordable and puts others to shame"
Jeremy Hicks
"I called them as I was having trouble with my car key. When I described the problem, the person I was speaking to told me that he could sell me a new key for £180 (which, knowing nothing about these things, I would have been very open to), but he also said that the issue was probably that the battery had run out, and told me how to replace the battery and how to re-sync the key with the car if necessary. I followed those instructions, and on replacing the battery with a new one the key worked perfectly without the need to re-sync. Very helpful, very professional, very impressed."
